The Estes Park Campground at Marys Lake has 89 RV sites and 28 tent sites (don’t ask us why, but hardly anybody spells it with an apostrophe). All sites come with picnic tables and fire rings. RV sites have full hookups with 50 amp service, and can accommodate large rigs.
The campground has a heated pool, coin operated hot showers, laundry, free Wi-Fi, a playground, and a well stocked camp store (ice cream, ice, firewood, propane–what else do you need?). It is open during the summer months only.
The campground is in a beautiful valley at 8,130′ (2,478m), just across the street from Marys Lake, with a view of Twin Sisters. There are lots of interesting rock formations, but unfortunately not much in the way of shade. It is a short drive into Estes Park or Rocky Mountain National Park (less than 10 minutes), or take the free shuttle bus.
The campground is run by the Estes Valley Recreation and Park District.
