Sweet Basilico serves up some pretty darn good food, and is a favorite of locals and visitors alike. It’s the best Italian food in Estes, in our humble opinion.
The chef, Raul, trained in Italy (or so the rumor says), and it shows. When we’ve compared dishes side by side from several Estes Park Italian restaurants, this one always comes out ahead. We’re partial to the eggplant parmesan, the lasagna florentine, and the pesto pizza.
They are often packed, so reservations are a good idea. Stop by for lunch, dinner, or takeout–it’s also some of the best pizza in town.
