Rocky Mountain Pharmacy and Liquor was, for years, both a pharmacy and a liquor store… what?! Awesome! The combo dated back to the prohibition era, when only pharmacies were allowed to have liquor licenses. They were one of only a few pharmacies remaining in Colorado with this distinction.
Recently, however, they’ve expanded the pharmacy side of the business. The original location remains a liquor store, Bart’s Liquor, and the pharmacy now occupies a space a few doors down.
The pharmacy has an ample selection of medical equipment and personal care products, including toiletries, and an excellent full-service pharmacy.
The location is super convenient–just a few doors down from Safeway in the Stanley Village Shopping Center, which has ample parking.
