Rocky Mountain National Park, established in 1915, is a stunningly beautiful National Park with over 400 square miles of wilderness.
The Park hosts over three million visitors per year, who come for the wildlife watching, scenery, hiking, camping, and more.
Trail Ridge Road (aka US Hwy 34), the highest continuous paved road in North America, connects the towns of Estes Park and Grand Lake. This incredibly scenic drive takes you above treeline to the alpine tundra. Bring a warm jacket and a good camera!
You just can’t visit Estes Park without visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. (Well, you can, but what would be the point?)
