Nepal’s Cafe is, hands down, one of the best restaurants in Estes Park. In a town where tourists, and not repeat customers, are your bread and butter, it’s easy for restaurants here to be mediocre and still do a good business. You’ll also find restaurants that are great during the winter, when it’s slow, but aren’t quite up to snuff during the crush of summertime visitors.
Nepal’s is neither of those; it continues to deliver seriously good Nepalese and Indian food, just like your Nepalese aunt used to make… Well, maybe not your Nepalese aunt, but someone’s, since this is a family-run business.
The lunch buffet is an especially good value, but best enjoyed on weekdays or outside the 12-1 hour, when it is busiest. And Nepal’s is often very busy!
We have yet to try a dish here that wasn’t delicious. Seriously. Not one single thing. Some of our favorites include the mango curry, the rice pudding, and the homemade chai.
No visit to Estes Park is complete without a trip to Nepal’s. Don’t miss it!
