Estes Park Mexican restaurants, we have to remind ourselves, are nowhere near Mexico. Most people think of the Americanized version of Mexican food when they think of Mexican. Since some of us are from the southwest, we have tasted some REALLY GOOD Mexican food. As a result, we tend to be fairly harsh critics of Mexican restaurants.
What you’ll find in Estes Park won’t rival Tia Maria’s, but it’s generally palatable.
