Cafe de Pho Thai

Cafe de Pho Thai is Estes Park’s newest Asian restaurant, and the food–an assortment of Thai and Vietnamese cuisine–is excellent.

As of this writing (June 2011), they’ve only been open about a month, and are still getting the kinks in their service worked out. Both times we’ve been here, though, the food was perfect.

   This and the other Thai restaurant in Estes Park are really good; I’d say they’re about equal in terms of the quality.

   The service here can sometimes be slow, but the food makes up for it and the atmosphere is nice.
